This is a UX research project with some aspects of market research for Defynance, a venture of FinTech startup, RedPerit.  The business model of Defynance is to offer alternative student loan refinancing through income sharing agreements (ISA).  I did research consulting including an overall research plan for the business, a UX interview guide for ISA candidates, and a market research survey for potential ISA investors.  I also did UX evaluations of the candidate onboarding process in different personas.
